This program is ideal for those who choose to talk rather than write. You will receive continuous feedback and you can discuss your situation with audio only, or with webcam and audio. This is an interactive, guided journey to a new way of understanding and truly living your life.
2 x chat + 2 x video session: 4 sessions
This program is ideal for those who want continuous feedback. Chatting gives you the opportunity to immediately share your thoughts by writing without having to wait (as with email) for a response. With regard to a full interaction, video sessions are almost the same as the interaction in traditional therapy sessions.
